How to Return or Exchange

1. Initiate Your Return/Exchange
   Visit needlethreaddresses.com and log into your account to start the process.
2. Pack Your Items
   Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached in the original packaging.
3. Ship Your Return
   Send your package back using a tracked shipping method.

Important Information

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please place a new order on our website and return the original item separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
